Welcome to the School of Research and Graduate Studies of the University of Ghana.

The School has responsibility for coordinating the most diversified graduate studies programme in Ghana with the highest intake of graduate students. These programmes range from the Arts, Social Studies, Pure and Applied Science, Medicine, Business Studies, Law, Engineering Science to Computer Science.

The programmes are run at all levels from MA/MPH, MPhil/LLM/MBA/EMBA/MPA/MFA to PhD/DPhil/MD.
 
The School also coordinates research administration in the University which also has the most diversified high level human capital with a long tradition of research, publication and consultancy in all these disciplinary areas. It also has centres of research excellence such as the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research, Centre for Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Services (CERSGIS) and Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER) among others.
